(The Mahdi) appears until the affairs of the young men are [mismanaged], and [rights] are lost, and the rights of the spear are lost, and the Quran is changed (Bisharat al-Islam, al-Kazimi). This is what has come to pass. And the affairs of the young men: meaning their leadership and their authority.

The earth is filled with injustice and aggression. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "The Hour will not come until the earth is filled with injustice and aggression, then two men from my lineage, or from my household, will emerge, who will fill the earth with justice and fairness, just as it was filled with injustice and aggression." (Al-Uqad lil-Maqdisi). This means that injustice will spread, and this is what has come to pass.

The most unjust rulers will rule the Muslims, and they will be tyrants, and the earth will be constricted for the Muslims. The Prophet of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "In the end of time, my Ummah will be afflicted with a severe trial from their rulers, the like of which has never been heard. The earth will be constricted for them, and it will be filled with tyranny and injustice. The believer will not find a refuge to flee to from injustice. Then Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, will send a man from my lineage, who will fill the earth with justice and fairness, just as it was filled with injustice and tyranny. The inhabitants of heaven and earth will be pleased with him." (Mustadrak al-Hakim). This happened during the period of the Turkish rule. It was also narrated: From Hudhayfah, may Allah be pleased with him, he said: "I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) say: 'Woe to this Ummah from tyrannical kings! How they kill and terrorize the obedient, except for those who show their obedience. The pious believer will appease them with his tongue and flee from them with his heart.'" (Al-Uqad lil-Maqdisi). This is what has come to pass.

Disagreement, dispersion, mutual cursing, disavowal, and excommunication, and the spread of injustice and fighting among Muslims. From Ali ibn Abi Talib, he said: "The Mahdi will not emerge until some of you spit in the faces of others." (Fatan Nu'aym). The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "I give you glad tidings of the Mahdi, who will be sent among my Ummah at a time of disagreement among people." (Al-Uqad lil-Maqdisi). This is what has come to pass. From Al-Hasan ibn Ali, he said: "The matter they are waiting for - meaning the emergence of the Mahdi - will not happen until some of you disavow each other, and some of you testify against each other with disbelief, and some of you curse each other. I said: What good is there in that time? He said: All the good is in that time; the Mahdi will emerge, and that will put an end to all of that." (Al-Uqad lil-Maqdisi). This is what has come to pass. It was narrated: "He will emerge at a time of people's heedlessness, the death of truth, and the spread of injustice." (Ghaybah al-Nu'aymi). And from Abu Ja'far Muhammad ibn Ali, he said: "The Mahdi will not appear except in a state of intense fear among people... and a cutting sword among the Arabs, and intense disagreement among people, and dispersion in their religion, and change in their condition, until the mourner mourns in the morning and evening, due to the magnitude of what he sees of people's wickedness and some of them eating each other. So his emergence, peace be upon him, will be at a time of despair and hopelessness that we will see a way out." (Al-Uqad lil-Maqdisi). This is what has come to pass. A cutting sword: a sign of wars. Fear among people: this is what we are living today, with wars, epidemics, and hunger... Disagreement: whether in religion or politics and parties... and the meaning remains clear.

2. Signs in the Arabian Peninsula in general: A refuge in the House before the Mahdi. From Tubay', he said: "A refuge will seek shelter in Mecca, and he will be killed, then people will be dispersed from his blood. Then another refuge will seek shelter. If you reach him, do not fight him, for he is the army of the Elephant." (Fatan Nu'aym). The first refuge was in the year 1442 AH / 2021 AD, and he is Muhammad ibn Abdullah al-Qahtani, a man from Qahṭān. There will be only a period of time between the Mahdi and this refuge. And the period is 10 years, so the emergence of the Mahdi, God willing, will be in the year 1452 AH.

The appearance of three or four individuals in the Arabian Peninsula, the fourth or fifth of whom is the Mahdi. From Dhi Qaran, he said: "And people will be divided among four individuals: a man in Mecca, the refuge; and two men in Sham: one of them is al-Sufyani, and the other is from the descendants of al-Hakam, a blue-eyed, reddish-haired man; and a man from the people of Egypt, a tyrant. So these are four." (Fatan Nu'aym). The two in Sham: the reddish-haired one (and he is most likely Bashar al-Assad), al-Sufyani (and he is most likely Abdullah II of Jordan or Salman bin Abdulaziz). And one from Egypt (and he is most likely Abdel Fattah el-Sisi), and the Mahdi, peace be upon him, is the fourth. All of these have appeared, and only the emergence of the Mahdi remains. From here, our statement and conclusion are correct that the Mahdi is among us today, and even the tyrant of Egypt and al-Sufyani are fighting him... as will be mentioned.

The appearance of black banners in the Arabian Peninsula, their multiplicity, and their disagreement. "If the people of the black banners disagree, they will split into three groups: a group calling for the descendants of Fatima, a group calling for the descendants of Abbas, and a group calling for themselves." (Fatan Nu'aym).
