So we do not hear disobedience in what pleases God and His Messenger. If anything contrary to that happens, we will entrust the matter to the Owner of Owners, for the people of Egypt are weak people. And the Prophet, peace be upon him, said: The people of Egypt are weak soldiers. If anyone attacks them, God will suffice them from him. And he also said: And every shepherd is responsible for his flock on the Day of Resurrection. May the generous and benevolent God perpetuate glory and favor to the Sultan, with a loftiness that elevates his greatness in souls and a power that instills awe in hearts. And may his state remain on the thrones, and may the beginning and the end be good, by the grace of our master Muhammad, the best of creation, and his pure family and companions.
