(From the auspiciousness of meeting the one who is guided to his religion, the best of what he does with a man of noble lineage, learned and found in books knowledge that surpasses all, his author and his departure in his position, meaning the progression of his lectures and it became fifty, rather fifty demands, and he did not spare a dinar of gold, and his announcement was with the contract, and the high status of Al-Hasan on the study, and the father of Al-Abbas Ahmed bin Al-Saghir, and the news of the father of Abdullah Muhammad Al-Maknasi, when they presented him with books, he compensated them with gifts and provided them with what they needed, so they were satisfied, and they remained until their hands became full of signed deeds, and he had the wise policy of Anushirvan the Just, whose hands were extended before justice, the days of the state passed with injustice, and the state entered and perished, and the injustices of his reign were removed, and he was praised, until the kingdom became barren, and he had sons, and they were three: Prince Mahmoud Bey, the owner of a province, Prince Yusuf Bey, the owner of the cavalry before his father, and Prince Muhammad Bey, with others like them, their reign was like stars that shine in the sky, and God granted them success and guided them to good, and in them was kindness and humility that did not make them arrogant or harsh, they were inspected and returned to God, and their kingdom was made eternal, and He made them successors to Islam and successful. And indeed, his admiration was for the servants, and his upbringing, which is the ultimate goal that few kings achieve, like Al-Anz bin Badis and Mahmoud bin Zanki. And with this, if there is a right before them in the legislation of their time, they must stand with it, and if they establish something, they must fulfill it. And if we were to follow the virtues, it would be beyond our ability to enumerate them. And in what we have mentioned, it is sufficient. And the changing saint, who is Al-Hawili, bestowed his favor upon him and sealed him with happiness. And God is capable of all things. A conclusion that includes what is first in the reality of kingship and its consequences, and second in what is needed by assistants, especially the year of the interpreter and the minister, and the Imamate, which is equivalent to kingship, according to what his people have agreed upon. The basis is his saying that the Caliphate is a successor to the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, in establishing the Sharia, and uniting the word on the obligation of all people to follow. So, is there any guided Imam who deviates from it? And the apparent texts and hadiths indicate that it is a trust that cannot be broken. The texts regarding this are His saying: "Obey God, and obey the Messenger, and those in authority among you." The majority of commentators went to the extent that the intended meaning is the princes, and the verse is general, whether they are just or wicked. And the hadiths regarding this are his saying, peace be upon him: "Whoever obeys me has obeyed God, and whoever disobeys me has disobeyed God. And whoever obeys the prince has obeyed me, and whoever disobeys the prince has disobeyed me," and other hadiths. And people have testified.
