So Hu and his army rode and headed to Al-Ramah, which is a waterhole in Tundali. He found a guard from the Sultan's state there with a large army preventing his people. This was King Muhammad, son of Sultan Muhammad Fadl. So they killed him and his people a terrible slaughter. The Sultan's people heard of this and came out against him, and war broke out between them. The Sultan's people were defeated and their defeat was disastrous. The Sultan feared for himself and fled to Jadid Al-Subul. It was a day for the Sultan and his people, and they had no one. The war continued between them until evening. Sheikh Muhammad Karajma and his people descended on one side of the waterhole, and the Sultan's people descended on the other side until morning. The father missed his people at night and found his brother, Basi, Awad Allah, had been killed in the war. He was saddened by this and said, "The killer has killed my brother, the dearest person to me."
