Barbar, and he wrote a report on it and sent it to Governor-General Abba Wadan. They were about to take action against Al-Hasan, but death overtook him. In the same manner as (9m), this was considered a miracle of Sayyid Al-Hasan. His father appointed Sayyid Al-Hasan as his successor in the Barbar region. Among them was Ahmad bin Muhammad Al-Nasih, known as Ibn Idris Al-Rabtabi, who was appointed as a successor to successors, which is the same rank as Ayyub. Al-Hasan married into this family.

Sayyid Al-Hasan visited the Shayqiyya regions, which his father, Sayyid Muhammad Uthman, had not done, despite having many followers in those regions. Sayyid Al-Hasan's visit to the Shayqiyya areas deepened the Khatmiyya faith in the hearts of the people of the region. Al-Hasan made a long visit to Al-Zuma, where he was received by Muhammad Ahmad bin Muhammad Ali Al-Darwish and his brother Idris. These two sons contributed to the consolidation of the Tariqa and worked to establish it in the region. While Al-Hasan was in Al-Zuma, several families joined under the banner of the Khatmiyya and presented Sayyid Al-Hasan with many gifts, which were parcels of land and date palms.

Al-Hasan also contacted the Al-Nudayfāb family on Abba Ranat Island. They were followers of his father. He also brought a number of the Rukabiyya into the Tariqa, among them Sheikh Nafe' bin Al-Amin, from the lineage of Ibrahim Al-Bulad.

The Shayqiyya region has, to this day, maintained great loyalty to the Khatmiyya and the Sayyids of Maraghna. This is evident in their popular literature. Their national poems show this overwhelming love and fervent religious devotion towards the Marghani House.
