Good news, O Ascut.
Ghishghasyath Blessing of God Hadeedullah May your safety be upon them, and may they be guided by wisdom and knowledge, and may you bless them, for you are the Almighty, the Wise, and the bearer of good tidings. May God bless him and grant him peace. He said, "They know the blessing of God, then they deny it." Meaning, they know that Muhammad, peace be upon him, is a messenger, and others have the good news of Jesus, for God Almighty says in Surah: "And when Jesus, son of Mary, said, 'O Children of Israel, indeed I am the messenger of God to you, confirming the Torah before me and giving good tidings of a messenger to come after me, whose name is Ahmad.'" And the Prophet, peace be upon him, said, "I am the call of Abraham, and the good news of Jesus." The good news is the coming good news, as mentioned in the good news of the call to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, informing about Abraham and Ishmael, peace be upon them. We commanded them to build the House and to send a messenger among their people. Ibn Asakir narrated from Ubadah ibn al-Samit that he said: "I am the call of Abraham, and the last to give good news of Jesus, son of Mary. The prophets took an oath of allegiance to the Prophet, peace be upon him, and believed in him and supported him. They were commanded to do so. This is from their covenant, and this is the path to giving good news. So they all gave good news of him, and he is good news for those who believe in him, for them is paradise and satisfaction, salvation from the fire, and success with the Merciful. So the Prophet, peace be upon him, is absolute good news, and the Almighty's saying, "And the good news of him, peace be upon him, is specific to me after me, or general to all the prophets, peace be upon them, or it is good news in itself. And God knows best. As for his saying, peace be upon him, "He is a helper and a savior." The helper is the one who is sought for help, and the savior is the rain. And his seeking help from the helper and the savior, so he helped me from the helper and saved me from the savior. Al-Raghib said: "Al-Ghawth, with a kasra, is the noun from seeking help. And the Prophet, peace be upon him, God helped His creation through him. They were drowning in the sea of misguidance and fire, so he saved them, rescued them, delivered them, and guided them. And the rain, which is the rain, is life for the lands and adornment and reform for them, with what results from it of crops, fruits, flowers, and flowing springs and rivers. And it is a help and a savior for them as well. So the Prophet, peace be upon him, is like that with what came to him of guidance and light and success, and saving them from ignorance and guiding them from misguidance and reviving their hearts after their death and bringing them back to life. And he is a helper and a savior for existence, and a rain that is sought. And as for his saying, peace be upon him, "And the good news of him, peace be upon him." This is an interpretation of God Almighty's saying: "Have you not seen the blessing of God?" Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with him, said: "The blessing of God is disbelief." And the blessing of God is Muhammad, peace be upon him. He called him the blessing of God, and they disbelieved in him. This is narrated by Al-Hasan and Al-Suddi, and Al-Zajjaj said so. As for his name, peace be upon him, it is a gift from God, with a fathah on the haa and a shaddah on the yaa. Ibn Sa'd and Al-Tirmidhi narrated.
