Then he said to me: "Stand up." When I stood up, he drew his sword, handed it to me unsheathed, and I saw myself inside the walls of Jerusalem. The city was surrounded by a wall, and the Muslims were inside this wall – and this vision was years before the construction of the separation wall. And behold, the wall opened, and horsemen emerged from it, riding towards us. It was impressed upon my mind that these were the Dajjal and his companions. Then the Messenger of Allah said to me: "Fight these." I said to him: "As for this, I have no strength for it." So the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him and his family, took the sword from my hand and went towards them. I said to myself: "If I cannot fight alone, then I will not lag behind the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him and his family." The vision ended.

Abd al-Qadir listened to Abu Abdullah's vision carefully, then fell silent. It is noteworthy that Abd al-Qadir refused to establish the Caliphate for anyone other than himself. He believed that he alone could establish the Caliphate, and whenever the Imam Mahdi was mentioned, he would become annoyed and restless.

Attempt at Recruitment: Abd al-Qadir offered Abu Abdullah to work with him in establishing his Caliphate and building his kingdom. He tempted and promised him a car and a mobile phone. Abd al-Qadir did not appear to be wealthy, so Abu Abdullah was surprised by the mention of a mobile phone, as only the affluent possessed such phones at that time. However, the attempts to entice him with money failed and crashed against the rock of Abu Abdullah's asceticism.

Abd al-Qadir and the Muslim Brotherhood: It is also noteworthy that Abd al-Qadir praised Al-Turabi and his revolutionary movement, describing it as successful. He said that Al-Turabi aspired and longed to unite all of Africa. In fact, at one of his conferences, Al-Turabi took a map of Sudan, tore it up, then produced a map of Africa and shouted, "I want to unite all of Africa!" Abd al-Qadir commented on Al-Turabi's actions by saying: "As for me, I don't just want the map of Africa; I want to unite the entire world."

It is worth mentioning that years after this story, and approximately on the eve of the year 2011, and before the Saudi authorities began pursuing him, Abu Abdullah heard about a skilled interpreter of visions. He wanted to seek his interpretation of that vision. When he recounted it to him over the phone, the interpreter immediately asked for his name, whether it matched the Messenger's name. He replied affirmatively. He then asked if his name began with "Abd" (servant), and he replied affirmatively. He asked if he was from the Prophet's family, and he answered affirmatively. He asked if he had offspring, and he replied affirmatively. He asked if they were four, two males and two females, and he answered affirmatively. He then asked if he had been afflicted by a great and very powerful magic. He answered affirmatively. He asked if the one who bewitched him was a one-eyed man, and he answered affirmatively. Then he said to him with a tone of regret: "May Allah reform you and guide you." He explained to him that the one who bewitched him was the Dajjal, and the reason for his bewitchment was Abu Abdullah's telling Abd al-Qadir about his vision. He told him that this vision would be the cause of his death, perhaps meaning that the effect of the magic would be the cause of Abu Abdullah's death, just as the effect of the Jewish poison was the cause of the death of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him and his family. Then he asked him: "Do you know who you are?" Then he said: "You are the great figure who comes at the end of time." The interpreter asked to meet him in person and then ended the call with the hope of meeting soon. However, circumstances intervened, and the interpreter was arrested by the Saudi authorities for other reasons.
