The Mak al-Malām said, "The religion with God is Islam. And whoever seeks a religion other than Islam, it will not be accepted from him, and he will be among the losers in the hereafter. And whoever God Almighty has favored with the ability to distinguish between good and bad, it is not permissible for him to use it except for what is pleasing to God and to be steadfast in his faith. And the child grows, and the crowds intensify. Otherwise, he is worse than beasts, as he has lost the wisdom of his creation. And there is no path to salvation with God except by following His religion, reviving the Sunnah of His Prophet and His trusted one, and eradicating innovations and misguidance that have occurred. And repentance to Him is sought in all circumstances. This has been confirmed in this time, in which corruption has spread throughout all lands. For the insidious ways of the infidels that they have introduced to the Muslims, and their misguidance which they have instilled in the hearts of people, have led to the erosion of religion and the nullification of the rulings of the Book and the Sunnah with certainty. So the rituals of Islam have become strange among people, and ignorance has spread, and the prohibitions of Islam have been violated, and distress has intensified for the believers. So the one who holds onto his religion is like one who holds onto a burning ember. And from that, God manifested to me the fulfillment of the true promise as a mercy to His servants, to save them from the darkness of disbelief to the light of faith, and He guided me with His guidance and clear explanation. And He adorned me with the great, guided caliphate, and clothed me with the robes of righteousness. And the master of existence, peace be upon him, gave me glad tidings that I would conquer all who oppose me, even if they were the jinn and mankind. And he said that whoever opposes me after my death, God will abandon him in both worlds. And the sword of victory led me and instilled terror in the hearts of my enemies. And he informed me that I would rule all the land and that whoever doubts my servitude has disbelieved in God and His Messenger, and his property is spoils for the Muslims. And that God has supported me with noble angels, and that the saints are alive and dead, and so on, with good tidings and miracles.
