In summary, if justice is found in a region, it is a relative justice, not a true, absolute justice. For absolute justice does not exist now in any town or country, just as complete faith, pure lawful earnings, and similar things do not. Therefore, there is no meaning in limiting the impossible to what is mentioned in the saying: "The mirror of the ages and what is in them, a loyal friend chosen for hardships. I am certain that the impossible is three: the saying, the Simurgh, and the loyal, fulfilling one." This is even though the Simurgh is not impossible, as it is a type of bird whose individuals are mentioned by scholars of zoology. Al-Tha'labi, in the stories of the prophets, mentioned the case of the Simurgh with our masters Solomon, denying its existence in terms of its ability. Yes, the Simurgh does not exist in the sense commonly known to the Arabs and Europeans, that it is an eagle from its upper part and a lion from its lower part. In any case, it exists in general. As for the second matter, it is the acid of politics. It can be said that if individuals and the like were organized in the lands of Islam as they are in those lands, the soul would seek them, especially if the Zakat, Fay', and tithes were needed for the treasury, or if they were completely forbidden. Perhaps they have an origin in Sharia according to some opinions of the school of the Great Imam. Among the established wisdoms of the ancient philosophers is the expulsion of the king's reign. During my stay in Paris, I never heard anyone complain about taxes, levies, or tributes. They are not affected by them in such a way that they are taken in a manner that does not harm the giver and benefits the taker, especially since the wealthy are safe from injustice and bribery. As for the third matter, there is no harm in it at all. Rather, among its advantages is that it compels every person to undertake learning until they approach a higher position than their own. Because of this, their knowledge has increased, and their progress has not stopped at a single state, unlike the people of China and India, who consider the inheritance of crafts.
