By the grace of God Almighty, and thereafter, the one who hopes for his Lord, concerning his son Awad and the master of the king, Hassan, may God have mercy and be pleased with him, and grant him patience and solace, Amen, O Lord of the worlds. An excuse for the absence in such difficult circumstances, but there is no power except with God, and no one can reverse His judgment, blessed and exalted is He. Indeed, to God we belong and to Him we shall return, and may He make it the last of our sorrows, Amen, O Lord of the worlds. In truth, after this tragedy occurred, I was unable to write until God Almighty was gracious and granted me patience. And so that you may cooperate and be of one hand to serve the boy Hassan. God is sufficient for me. For this is the state of the world; its permanence does not last for any of His creation, and He is the Ever-Living who does not die. So be patient, my uncle, for good is coming, and mercy is encompassing from the Lord of the worlds. And preserve his household and his dependents, for our beloved, peace be upon him, did not abandon the household of those who died, nor did he forget them. And thus the Imams, God's blessings be upon them, used to do. So, maintain kinship ties always, so that you may obtain its blessings in both worlds. And peace be upon you, and the mercy of God and His blessings, and praise be to God, Lord of the worlds.
