-28-What Hafiz al-Kitab could do, and the young men carried, was said to be around forty and some.

Ahmed bin Sheikh Abdullah al-Tarifi took the path from Sheikh Dafa Allah and followed it. And he guided him, and the reason for that was that his father, Sheikh Abdullah, traveled to the Hijaz and entrusted Sheikh Dafa Allah with his children. Ahmed, whenever he was impressed with himself, had beautiful spears and hair to his shoulders. He narrated from Halla Abu Aqla to Halla al-Uqda in the Nile. One day, a robber came to the Nile and found no boat. He slept on the watering place. Sheikh Dafa Allah came before dawn and cooled himself in the sea. He saw a black man lying down. He told Ahmed al-Fuqara, "Look who this is." He said to him, "Ahmed, this is not our way." One of the Fuqara grabbed him and gave him to his brother Abdullah al-Tarifi, the people of the Quran. He ordered him to memorize the Surahs of prayer and the obligations of ablution and bathing. After he knew this, he took the path and ordered him to attend the circles of knowledge. One day, the Sheikh was in a circle after the afternoon prayer, and he said, "We did not understand." The Sheikh asked, "Who is this?" They told him, "This is Ahmed." The son of the path. Light came out of the Sheikh's mouth to the arch of the mosque and fell on Ahmed. Ahmed fainted and lay down for days. Then after that, the Sheikh came to him and said, "Get up, Ahmed, my son, to read." He used to return with the Fuqara to the Sheikh's blessings and pour water for the Sheikh's ablution. He said to him, "My son, your service has been forbidden to us." And he gave him Fuqara with his necessities, and they lost their need. And if Sheikh Dafa Allah visited Sheikh Idris, and he visited with him, they would bring the donkey for him to ride. He was one of the greatest of God's people, and among the Kasha, we find Abu Aqla al-Kasha. And he stole calves. He told his people. He told them to throw them in the canal. And it was as he said. And he passed away, may God have mercy on him, in the year of the smallpox. This was because his wife, the mother of his children, and his cousin Abu Qarn, told him, "Dafa Allah, you are returning from the smallpox and the chronic illness is beautifying you." He said to her, "I cannot bear the burning of the stomach. You can bear the severe one." From his household, about sixteen people, and their mother came after them after a period of time. Ibrahim, son of Buray, son of Al-Jazira Nasri, and his mother was Umahani, daughter of Ali, son of Qandil. A righteous man from Al-Sawarida. He memorized the book from the righteous man Basiyar and read Khalil from Sheikh Saghirun and learned the science of Kalam from Al-Faqih Hussein Abu Sha'ar, a student of Sheikh Muhammad, son of Issa, son of Suwar al-Dhahab. And he accompanied Sheikh Muhammad, son of Dawood, the other, in Sufism, and performed the pilgrimage to the Sacred House of God. Then Al-Faqih Abu Al-Hasan said, "The pilgrimage is like the pilgrimage of Ibrahim Al-Haj Al-Karim."
