He passed away, may God have mercy on him, in the year 1133 AH, at the age of sixty-three. He first entered the mosque in the year 1000 AH. When he reached this age, he said, "I have reached the age of the Messenger, peace be upon him, and I will not live beyond it." He had children, including Abu Bakr. He studied one complete recitation of Mukhtasar Khalil with Al-Tamin Al-Sheikh Al-Zein and was granted permission by his sheikh to teach. Many righteous scholars studied under him, and he issued fatwas and taught for a long time, by the blessing of his sheikh. The scholar Hamad Al-Sayed, the renowned scholar, informed me that his sheikh, Qutb, ruled on a case, and it was presented to Al-Faqih Abu Bakr, who correctly invalidated it. Qutb was amazed and said, "I did not think one could be a scholar without a sheikh." Sheikh Farah, son of Taktuk, may God have mercy on him and be pleased with him, said in poetry:

Abu Bakr, the teacher in texts, gathers and dedicates, Riding the mounts of glory, a groom when the creation is gathered.

Al-Musalmi – son of Abu, his lineage and his father was Ali Al-Faqir, and his lineage is from his daughter. He was one who combined knowledge and action. He studied under Sheikh Abdul Rahman bin Jabir and was granted permission to teach. He guided people, and his home was Al-Bahr Al-Abyad. He was one of the forty disciples of Ibn Jabir who reached the highest ranks in knowledge, religion, and piety. Among them are Al-Musami, Sheikh Yaqoub, son of Sheikh Ban Al-Niqa, Sheikh Abdullah Al-Arki, Sheikh Abdul Rahman Al-Nouri, and Al-Haj Lughani, the uncle of Sheikh Hassan, and Issa, the father of Sheikh Muhammad, son of Issa, son of Suwar Al-Dhahab. He passed away and was buried in Al-Ghubayyah, a place between Al-Bahr Al-Abyad and Al-Kharou'ah.

Ibrahim bin Aboud – known as Al-Faradi. His mother was the daughter of Abu, and his lineage is from Al-Musami. His affair began when he studied under his uncle Al-Musami. Then he traveled to Sheikh Abdul Rahman bin Hamdattah and stayed with him for seven years. He was knowledgeable, pious, and devout, and withdrawn from the people of the world. He taught Mukhtasar Sheikh Khalil in Al-Bahr Al-Abyad. Miracles and extraordinary events appeared through him. He authored the well-known commentary known as Al-Faradiyyah in the science of Fara'id (inheritance law). He was nicknamed Al-Faradi because he had a long and distinguished career in Fara'id. He learned the science of Fara'id from his aforementioned sheikh and from his sheikh, Al-Faqih Muhammad Al-Alim, one of the Shu'awafah, when he presented him in the city of Arji. Sheikh Idris said to him, "Since last year, I have seen knowledge walking towards you, like smoke." He passed away, may God have mercy on him, and was buried in Al-Ghubayyah, with his uncle Al-Musami.
