Sheikh Dafa Allah was reading in the afternoon council. He was told, "We don't understand." He asked, "Who is this?" They replied, "Ahmed bin Al-Attar." He said, "Above Ahmed is above the Messiah, on the throne of the Messiah, and it fell upon Ahmed, above him." He used to associate with the two saints for days. Then, after that, the Sheikh came and said, "Get up, Ahmed, my son, to see you." He used to associate with the poor, Baraka, and the Sheikh, and he would pour water for his ablution. He said to him, "My son, serving you is forbidden to us." He gave him to the poor of Baladwiya, and they would fulfill his needs. When Sheikh Idris visited, they would bring him a servant to attend to him. He was among the greatest saints of God Almighty and among those with insight. His grandfather was Abu Afala Al-Kaseeb. And his property was stolen. He told them, "Throw it in such-and-such canal," and it was as he said. He passed away, may God have mercy on him, in the year of the smallpox. This was because a woman, the mother of his children, the daughter of his cousin Abu Qurun, told him, "Dafa Allah, and you are suffering from smallpox and the pustules in it." He said to her, "I cannot do the work of the sick. You are strong enough for it." So God Almighty took him in death from smallpox. And about ten people from his household died, and their mother. His mother was Umm Afa from the people of Qari. She invited him for a meal. He refused. When she came, she stayed away from him. She brought with her one hundred silver Ashrafis. When she gave them to him, he shouted and said, "Listen, O armies of Islam, I am a thief." He said, "I am every hundred Ashrafis." And the King Abd Al-Salam Al-Qanawi said to him, "O Abu Al-Haj, give me a house." He said, "O Abu Al-Haj, my house is from Al-Muqarrin to Hajr Al-Asal. Choose any house you like." Then Al-Haj said, "Listen, O noble ones of God. You have given yourself a house. Will you give Abu Al-Haj the house with you?" So he went out from its garden. And Al-Hajijil gave him. He said to him, "O Abu Al-Haj, you yourself ask God for a house." He said, "The son of Al-Hajijil must come. He came to ask him for his servant, who was stirring Abd." He said, "You stir, you stir, you stir, you stir, until you stir, you stir." And you stir, you stir, until you stir, you stir, after you stir, you stir." And a wondrous miracle happened to him with Idris and Wad Seeb. The reason for this was that a man from the people of Qari, named Maarouf, son of Al-Hadhwu, gave him.
