His message to the Sheikh of the Zawiya of Tamaut, in which he urged action and supported the leader's followers. His messages to his family and his followers in the call were characterized by this style, which was influential. Indeed, I see his الدعوية (call/missionary) personality shining through in all his messages, regardless of their subject matter. His transition from ordinary conversation to spreading his الدعوية ideas comes naturally. In one of his messages to Mustafa Pasha, Governor of Fezzan, he says: "And I have informed Sheikh Ahmed bin Abi Al-Qasim Al-Tawati of what you have done and what you have accomplished in the Zawiya. May God reward you with the best reward and remove from you all worry and distress, Amen. The Zawiya, in truth, is but a house of God and one of His mosques, and God Almighty says: 'Only he shall visit the mosques of Allah who believes in Allah and the Last Day.' And whoever is active in good and guides others to it is like the doer, for the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'The one who guides to good is like the one who does it,' and he is in Paradise. And he also said (peace be upon him): 'And whoever builds a mosque for Allah, even if it be the size of a bird's nest, Allah will build for him a palace in Paradise.' And when the Zawiya settles in a place, mercy descends upon it, and the land is cultivated by it, and prosperity is achieved for the people of the city and the desert, because it was founded only for the recitation of the Quran, and to spread the best Sharia and the noble Sunnah." The thinking of Ibn Al-Senussi Al-Salim in spreading the call is also evident in what historians have narrated about his purchase of a caravan of slaves, his freeing of its individuals, and then his teaching them and returning them to their families to spread Islam among them. This incident has many implications. In addition to the humanitarian aspect of granting freedom to the caravan members and educating them, there is the aspect of constructive building by guiding them and the aspect of intelligence in the call by directing them to their families, so that they would be the most capable callers among them. Al-Salim's guidance to his brothers and students is also evident, as it is narrated that some students asked him to teach them alchemy. He replied to them: "Alchemy is under the plowshare."
