He was constantly calling for belief in the Mahdi in his lessons, sermons, and messages, warning strongly against disregarding his cause, disobeying his teachings, and ignoring his Mahdiship. In one of his messages, it states: "Whoever does not believe in God, nor in His messengers, nor in what the messengers brought, nor in the Imam Mahdi, for whom proofs have been established and the paths have been clarified, is indeed on the verge of ruin and impurity." In another message, speaking of the Mahdi, he said: "Whoever opposes him, contradicts him, disputes with him, denies him, disobeys him, confronts him, or ignores him and neglects his cause, has met with destruction. Submission and obedience to him are therefore mandatory, and returning to him in matters of religion and worldly affairs is a divine obligation, because his judgment and command are the judgment, command, will, and decree of his Lord."

He worked to spread the Mahdi's teachings and implement them among the people, urging the masses to comprehend and believe in them. To this end, he organized these teachings and dictated them in the collection known as "The Most Sought-After." He then made learning them a binding requirement for all levels according to the arrangements he established for the people. He issued a famous decree to his officials ordering them to implement this command. The decree states: "...and those who understand and speak the Western language are ordered to read the chapter on Monotheism in that language from beginning to end, to memorize it, understand it, and constantly read and review it. The students in the cities and those like them are ordered to read the doctrines, memorize them, and review them with understanding, clarity, awareness, and insight. The general public and those in the lands are obligated to read the doctrine that begins with 'May God guide us and you,' memorize it, and understand it. This obligation includes men, women, free people, and slaves, and everyone who is subject to religious duties, as their deeds are not valid, nor is their word accepted, without knowledge of Monotheism. Whoever does not know the sender will not believe in the sender or the message. Whoever finds himself in such a state has stumbled into the folds of misguidance."

He particularly focused on instilling the Mahdi's teachings in the youth, so that they would grow up believing in him.
