The moon is eclipsed on the first night of Ramadan, and the sun is eclipsed in the middle of it, and this has not happened since God created the heavens and the earth. (Reported by Al-Daraqutni). It has been reported that before the appearance of the Mahdi, the sun was eclipsed in Ramadan twice. The moon was eclipsed on the first night of Ramadan in the year 65 AH (approximately 685 AD), and in the same year, the sun was eclipsed twice. The sun was eclipsed on the first of Ramadan with an annular eclipse, where its light was obscured by the moon. Signs of eclipses and lunar eclipses often increase near the appearance of the Mahdi.

Sign of the Sun's Appearance: Ali bin Abdullah bin Abbas said: "The Mahdi will not appear until the sun shows a sign." And with Abd al-Razzaq, "The Mahdi will not appear until the sun shows a sign." A black mark appeared in the middle of the sun at sunrise and sunset in the year 1030/1621 AD. Scientific circles reported that this was an explosion on the sun that resulted in twenty meteorites that struck the earth, causing destruction equivalent to 100 atomic bombs and creating a massive cloud that covered the earth for several days. Both lunar and solar eclipses are signs that appear with or in the sun.

Earthquakes in the Arabian Peninsula: The Messenger of God said: "I give you good news of the Mahdi, who will be sent among my Ummah amidst differences among people and earthquakes. He will fill the earth with justice and fairness, just as it was filled with injustice and tyranny." (Narrated by Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal in his Musnad). Earthquakes have appeared in the Arabian Peninsula and have been announced recently. A report by the World Earthquake Center, published in 2015, stated that a strong earthquake is heading towards the center of the Arabian Peninsula, specifically to the south of Medina. Its arrival in that region is predicted to be near Dhul-Hulayfah, the miqat for the people of Medina for Hajj, within three to five years at most.

All of the above has been fulfilled, regardless of the chains of narration. We will mention one hadith that has not been fulfilled and its chain of narration is authentic.

Hadith: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Three will fight over your treasure, all of them the son of a caliph. Then it will not go to any of them. Then black banners will appear from the East, and they will kill you in a way that no people have killed you before." Then he mentioned something that I did not memorize. He said: "When you hear of him, pledge allegiance to him, even if you have to crawl over ice, for he is the Caliph of God, the Mahdi." (Narrated by Ibn Majah in his Sunan, Al-Hakim in his Mustadrak, Abu Amr Al-Dani in his Sunan, Al-Bayhaqi in Dalail al-Nubuwwah, Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal in his Musnad, Al-Daylami in Al-Firdaws, and Al-Suyuti in Al-Urf al-Wardi).

The word "your treasure" (كنزكم) appeared in another narration, which is an indication of Mecca Al-Mukarramah (Saudi Arabia). After the fight of the three, black banners will come from the East (Khorasan, Afghanistan) supporting the Mahdi. The fight of the three is likely to be between Mut'ab bin Abdullah, Muhammad bin Hanafiyyah, and Muhammad bin Salman after the death of a caliph. It is likely that the caliph is Salman bin Abdulaziz. As it is narrated from the Prophet (peace be upon him): "There will be a dispute upon the death of a caliph." (Narrated by Abu Dawood).

Therefore, we are facing only two signs until the Imamate of Imam Al-Mahdi in Mecca, which are: the death of the King/Salman, and the dispute of the three princes after his death. This may happen in the near future, for the prophecies to be fulfilled.
