DUM The Prophet, peace be upon him, was met and told: "Peace be upon you, O beginner of mankind. You are indeed worthy of this position, and you are one of the most noble of nobles. May God's prayers and peace be upon them all." Many of the companions called him by prophecy and apostleship, but he did not respond. Perhaps he would give a sign of approval.
But the truth of the matter is that Al-Mahdi was as he was in his asceticism, his piety, and his heresy. And his lack of conscience. He was better in conduct than Abdullah Al-Ta'aishi. The master, Sheikh Ahmed Sharif, did well when he said: "Even if Al-Mahdi was misguided and misleading, he is better than Abdullah Al-Ta'aishi." And if others say, "Abdullah Al-Ta'aishi is one of Al-Mahdi's evils."
Biography of Abdullah Al-Ta'aishi We present here the biography of Abdullah Al-Ta'aishi, to whom the Mahdist caliphate devolved, and through him the reins of power were tightened and his influence spread.
Abdullah Al-Ta'aishi was born in the region of (Al-Kalka), south of Darfur, and was raised in (Shakka) from a nomadic tribe founded by (Al-Ta'aisha), who inhabit this region and subsist on the milk of their cattle, most of which are from cows. Hence, they are called "Baqara" (cows). They also hunt wild animals like elephants and others.
However, his kinship with this tribe was only through the maternal side. His paternal grandfather, Al-Daw, was a Dakruri who settled in the land of the Ta'aisha and married a woman from them. She bore him Muhammad Al-Mashbour, nicknamed (Thur Shin), the father of Abdullah Al-Ta'aishi. He had brothers, one of whom was Ahmed Al-Mashbour, nicknamed (Di), who is the father of Prince Muhammad Al-Amin.
