It includes a decrease in the number of felonies this year, particularly in three types: murder (decrease of 135), attempted murder (decrease of 138), and thefts (decrease of 217). If we exclude 1907, the current year was the first year in which the steady, large increase in the number of crimes in the country over the last ten years decreased. What is striking in the criminal statistics is the numerical decrease in the number of murders (135) and attempted murders (138). It is hoped that this is a result of the Administrative Reform Law. These two types of crimes have been steadily increasing recently. However, with the removal of vagrants to rehabilitation according to the Administrative Reform Law, their numbers are expected to decrease.
