In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

Glory be to Him who guided the steps of mankind to what has passed in His eternal knowledge, and made it easy for man to embark on His firm decree and judgment. So there is no escape for the strong and the weak, the noble and the lowly, from what has been written in the Mother of Books. Nor is there refuge for the rich and the poor, the important and the insignificant, from approaching the unfolding of that veil. I praise Him, exalted is He, with the praise of one who was tested and was patient, enriched and was grateful. I thank Him with the thanks of one who turned to His presence seeking His pleasure, and was adorned in the gardens of acceptance and His paradises. And I send prayers and peace upon him whose mounts of longing traveled to his Lord, and whose processions of a good end pointed to the purity of his essence, our master Muhammad, who traveled to Al-Sham, and migrated to Al-Madinah, and journeyed from Al-Masjid Al-Haram to Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa, and Gabriel was his trusted one. And upon his family, his companions, his descendants, and his beloved ones, and the father of the High Presence, in the Muhammadan Presence, in spreading the banners of glory and justice, of prestige and virtue, over all the Egyptian regions, and all the Hijazi, Sudanese, and Syrian provinces, with the shining of the wondrous star of providence, the establishment of the greatest vizier and the honored, esteemed constitution.

Princes of the Age, who revived the sciences with his diligence, and established the customs of Islam with his zeal and effort, the possessor of lofty knowledge, and the one who benefited us with his lineage and his great character, Al-Hajj Muhammad Ali. May God do as He wills and as He has willed. Amen.
