And from their traditions and their settlements, which have been ancient from time immemorial. And whoever died during this period, and on the night of Tuesday, the first night of Rajab al-Fard of that year, meaning the year four hundred and one hundred and four after a thousand, the great muezzin of the mosque of Sidi Yahya, Bab Sidi bin Muhammad bin Sidi, passed away. May God Almighty have mercy on him. And on the night of Saturday, the twenty-sixth of it, at the time of Isha al-Aakhir, Al-Faqih Al-Siddiq bin Al-Imam Muhammad Bag bin Al-Imam Kord passed away. May God Almighty have mercy on him. And on the night of Friday, at another time of the month of Sha'ban al-Munir, Mand Muhammad bin Mand Ali passed away. May God have mercy on him. And in that month, Tansi bint Abd al-Rahim bin Al-Qaid Ali al-Tarziki passed away. May God have mercy on her. And on Saturday, the fourth of Dhu al-Hijjah al-Haram, the last month of the aforementioned year, Al-Imam Mahmoud bin Al-Faqih Al-Mustafa bin Abdullah passed away. May God have mercy on him. He was, may God Almighty have mercy on him, a memorizer of the Quran with a beautiful voice. When he recited the Quran or praised, he would praise. May God Almighty have mercy on him. He was appointed Imam of the Great Mosque of Al-Hana after his elder brother, Al-Imam Mama Ahmad. And after his death, his nephew, Babluwah, was appointed there and remained for about three years and died. Then, after his death, Mahmoud bin Al-Faqih Al-Alim Al-Alama Al-Amin bin Ahmad bin Muhammad bin Tahmad Tashfin Al-Wadani was appointed there. May God prolong his life. Then the Pasha Sidi moved with his army to Asnaq.
