And the Amir of the Muslims, may God strengthen him, gathered from Wadi Chelif eastward, and in it descended Tar and Felis from the plains of Miliana, and Bouziane and Hacina joined them in Tiziri. And it was decreed that his departure, may God strengthen him, for this movement was for the purpose of raiding the rebellious tribes. There was no preparation for them to conquer the strongholds and capture the rebellious. So Nasr Allah, may God grant him victory, remained in this encampment to secure the region and its people, and to reassure its fearful inhabitants, and to rescue his two sons whom the people of Algiers had handed over to their relatives. Then he besieged the walls of Miliana and fortified it with men, horsemen, provisions, and equipment to repel the rebellious. And he left Boukhaj Rumaj in Chelif to contain them. Then, according to the plan, he departed in the month of Rabi' al-Awwal. He sent Omar bin Muhammad bin Hassan as a messenger to Riyyah, calling them to his obedience and to serve him. And he summoned the elders to come to the Abada. And Nasr Allah, may God grant him victory, set out to march towards Tadakremia. And in his encampment, all the chiefs of the Arabs gathered, such as Abd Allah bin Saqiu, Saad bin Al-Abbas, Zian bin Ya'qub, Zar bin Dakhoun Mansour, and Mandil bin Abi Hayyi Al-Mansour in the plain. All the chiefs of Touggourt were warned, and all were brought in the procession of the Almighty.
