Who will come after you, O my people, with freedom and joy without disbelief? The Imam, full of piety, has truly departed to the land of sunset and a land in the east, falsely claimed. Where is the scholar who dispenses knowledge and takes the strongest from the renowned, concisely? The mosques of the earth are awake on the day of death, weeping for the Imam, saying, "Where has Al-Zein gone?" Our land has become parched after it was flooded, the place has become empty after it was full. After him, there was no joy for the people; our time has been filled with mountains and blemishes. Who among creation is like him, a Sheikh comparable to him, spreading knowledge to all creation, what a spread! How desolate I am, O devoted one of religion, where do we find a Sheikh who would be covered in the spread of knowledge? The stars and the constellations have been eclipsed; the beauty of the Sheikh has wept, concisely. If God had revealed Himself to creation, they would have seen Gabriel among them, attending the lessons. Easy for those who attended Al-Zein and witnessed him, and gained from his knowledge, ten times over. Ibrahim bin Al-Sheikh Sayroon, a glimpse of his news. He is the Sheikh, the Imam, the scholar, the learned one. The sea of erudition, he studied under Imams and was a student of the great Madani bin Omar, renowned in Al-Hajr. He took from him Al-Mukhtasar, in narration and transmission, and he had a tradition upon which its intricacies were only unlocked. His students took from him and he received them with acceptance. He was a learned, practicing, pious man who did not eat the food of anyone. If a gift was given to him, he did not benefit from it until he gave its value. He had a brotherhood with Sheikh Muhammad Al-Harashi, and he gifted him a servant, and the Sheikh gifted him his great commentary which spread throughout the lands, east and west. He was a man of great wealth; it is said that his mares, the breeders, reached eighty horses. He and his brother Al-Zein had a council of interpretation. He passed away in the year ninety-nine after one thousand, in the city of Sar, during the Nile season, which gathered people from Umm Lahm. His lineage is (complaining to the king or his companion, Ibn Nasser) Sheikh Ajiba, or the king of Al-Sadab, and his teacher Sheikh Muhammad bin Hudu'i in Baybat, when he sent him condolences for Sheikh Al-Zein, he said: "Read peace to the offspring of Sheikh Tiham, and read peace to Ibrahim, apologizing. A scholar who has knowledge in jurisprudence, and a skilled one who masters the text with victory. A learned man who knows the form, and in him, in the living, the conjunction is rare. From his day, in the principles of jurisprudence, the law of the Chosen One was established, Ibrahim has been victorious." Abu Al-Hasan.
