He handed it to him, and the Sheikh gave it to a woman lying on a bed. I don't know if she was his wife or a stranger. And from his generosity, he once said to Salem Al-Ghazari, "Brothers are visiting us today, so prepare a sacrifice for hospitality." It was still early. He brought bread and ordered it to be ground. Salem Al-Ghazari could not find a sacrifice. There was a woman with a pregnancy. He asked her to sell it to him, but she refused. He insisted, but she still refused. Then she said, "The strong take from the weak. Take it, for I will not sell it to you." So he took it. The next day, a gift arrived for the Sheikh: sixteen bulls, laden with millet, as a visit. The Sheikh said, "O Salem, give it to the woman who was pregnant." Then Hassan Al-Jarki Al-Shukri arrived with three men, each carrying a bundle of rings. He said to the Sheikh, "This is the zakat of our camels, use it to help with the guests." The Sheikh said to Salem, "Give it to the woman with the pregnancy." Then a man from Arbiya came with a bag full of money. He gave it to the woman with the pregnancy. However, Hamad, the Sheikh's son, said, "I liked the bag. Take the money and give it to me." So she did as she was ordered and took the bag. Then a man from Mahsi came with a horse and said to the Sheikh, "I have a barren mare. I implored you to God, and I said if she gave birth, I would give you a horse from her offspring. God has answered, and she has given birth, and this horse is yours." He said, "Give it to the woman with the pregnancy." The woman said, "What will I do with the horse?" She returned it to Hamad, son of Sheikh Idris. The Sheikh said to his son Hamad, "This action is for God and His Messenger. Return it to her." So he returned it. And from his generosity, a man from Hawar came from the countryside and bought goods from a man from Arbiya on a specified date. The man from Arbiya took the goods and traveled to the west, sold them, and bought many slaves. He died from the drought. The man from Hawar traveled to the countryside and died there. His son came to settle his father's debt. The man from Arbiya brought ten slaves and signed an agreement with Sheikh Idris that the son of Hawar would accept them from him and give him time for the remainder. The son of Hawar said, "I have no knowledge of the amount of money, and I have young children. My father is with the document that contains the amount of money." So the document was brought to him. When he looked at it and knew the amount of money, he said, "The right of the orphans, I will give it to them from my own money for the sake of our father, Sheikh Idris, and the ten slaves present."
