The Pledges of Allegiance to the Mahdi from Men and Women

1. The Pledge of Allegiance of the Scholars to Act on the Pledge of Allegiance to the Mahdi Between the Rukn and the Maqam. Seven scholars will seek him out, and they will have a pledge of allegiance before the pledge of allegiance of the Mahdi. He will pledge allegiance to each one of them with three hundred and thirteen men.

From Abdullah bin Mas'ud, may Allah be pleased with him: "When trade and roads are cut off, and tribulations increase, seven scholars will emerge from different horizons without prior appointment, and each man will be pledged allegiance to by three hundred and some thirteen men."

2. The Pledge of Allegiance to the Mahdi at the Rukn and the Maqam. Tribes will dispute, separate, form factions, and fight in Mecca. The people will turn to their best man, and the seven scholars will seek him out. They will search for him and find him in Mecca, and they will bring him out of one of its houses. They will pledge allegiance to him while he is unwilling, between the Rukn and the Maqam. He is forty years old. The Prophet, peace be upon him and his family, said: "The Mahdi is from my offspring, forty years old." In another narration: "The Mahdi will emerge, and he is forty years old." The first one to guide them to his hidden location is his freedman in his religion, meaning his companion. It is narrated: "Until, shortly before his emergence, the freedman who is with him will arrive until he meets some of his companions, and he will say: 'How many of you are here?' They will say: 'About forty men.' He will say: 'How would you be if you saw your master?' They will say: 'By God, if he were to move the mountains, we would move them with him.'" The Prophet, peace be upon him and his family, said: "And the number of the companions of Badr, three hundred and thirteen men, will pledge allegiance to him, including women. The first will not precede them, and the last will not catch up to them. Allah Almighty will gather for him a group, scattered like scattered clouds. Allah will unite their hearts. They will not feel alienated from anyone, nor will they rejoice at anyone who joins them, numbering the same as the companions of Badr. They..."
