Fas Yuti from them with burdens, so they are placed and fire is shot into them.
Al-Marrakushi also mentions that Al-Mansur threatened anyone who delved into any matter of opinion (i.e., and the author of the book "Bayutat Fas" Abu Zayd mentioned in the jurisprudential branches, severe punishment. Abd al-Rahman II that the Almohads (meaning Al-Mansur) inflicted trials on the people of the branches, and killed them, beat them with whips, and forced them to take solemn oaths of emancipation, divorce, and others, so that they would not adhere to anything from the books of jurisprudence. We did not find in the other sources anything to support this report, which leads us to believe that it is one of the exaggerations that arose in the context of attacking the Almohads and denigrating them.
In parallel with these harsh measures taken by Al-Mansur to compel people to adhere to the principles, he adopted the approach of teaching and writing on this methodology. Al-Tagh bin Hamuya Al-Sarkhasi, who traveled during the days of Al-Mansur to the Maghreb and had close contact with him, mentioned that he was proficient in memorizing the Quran, memorizing and mastering the texts of hadith. (Quoted by Al-Maqqari in Al-Nafh) and spoke eloquently in jurisprudence. The jurists of the time used to refer to him for fatwas. He has fatwas collected according to his ijtihad, and the jurists attributed him to the Zahiri school of thought. He authored a book in which he compiled authentic hadith texts related to the virtues, which he called "Al-Targhib". Perhaps this book, or part of it, is what Al-Marrakushi mentioned in his statement: that he ordered the hadith scholars to collect for him hadith from the Ten Compilations concerning prayer and its related matters. He himself dictated it to the people and made them memorize it.
Some sources mention that a group of scholars appeared during the Almohad era. (See also: Al-Nuwayri, Nihayat al-Arab: 354-356.
