They imprisoned him to save themselves from punishment and sent news of him to his companions in Al-Marsa in the early days of Safar in the mentioned year. Then they sent a letter to Pasha Muhammad bin Muhammad bin 'Ammar, agreeing with the elders of the army. Then they departed from Al-Marsa to Tass Kutt, where they encountered the Sultan's house. They asked about Al-Hajj 'Aswani, and he was released from prison. He was pressed hard in his questioning, and he swore that if this month passed while he was in power, his falsehood would be revealed, and his situation would become clear to the public and the elite. Then he asked Pasha Muhammad for his life to be spared. He replied that he had given him God's assurance for his life, which he would not betray or break. So the owner of Koro was taken away, and he was killed. Likewise, it is said that the ruler of Koro was killed. He ruled for five years and eight months and some days.

On Monday, the twenty-second of this Safar, I traveled from the land of Waza' to Masia to offer condolences to the family of Al-Hajj Al-Faqih Muhammad, who had died suddenly, and to offer condolences to the Sultan for the severe loss of his uncle.

On Tuesday, the first day of the mentioned month, I visited him and prayed for him. On the night of Wednesday, I attended the Prophet's Spring gathering at his place. That night, he informed me that he had heard at that hour that Pasha's invasion was coming, and they had reached the land of Shayb. I bid him farewell that night for this reason.
