The Thirtieth Chapter

Praise be to God alone, and what happened after the departure of history, the return of Jini Mamad.

The year was 1063 AH. It was on Saturday, the ninth of Dhu al-Hijjah, that the people of Mini, from the tribe of Al-Khalib, were attacked. And that was on Saturday, the ninth of Dhu al-Hijjah, completing the year 1063 AH. And on Tuesday, the twelfth of the same month, two groups came, one from the people of Ain and the people of Al-Shamal, to Tishket, crying out for help against Jini Bakr. The people of Hani went to his aid in his fight. And on Monday, the seventeenth of Muharram in the year 1064 AH, the Pasha, Ahmed bin Al-Pasha, sent the commander of the army, Al-Halla, to their aid. He appointed as their leaders the two subordinate leaders, the leader Omad bin Al-Nasha, Ali bin Abdullah, and the leader Saeed bin Ahmed.

They set out to them in boats on the mentioned date, when the sea was full. And it reached the eleventh of Safar in the mentioned year. The sea water reached Madak, which is the twenty-second of December during the reign of Pasha Ahmed bin Had. And on Monday, the twenty-first of Rabi' al-Awwal in this year, the courier arrived from to Pasha Ahmed and informed him that they, with the aid from the people of, had fought with Jini Bakr. The mentioned one fought for hundreds of nights and days, but they gained nothing from him.

And in the battle between them, four archers were killed. He asked him again to send him reinforcements. And he returned.
