ABOU SEXOUX. 297 and rode the thirty miles in four hours and a half. From Inmeh we could see in the distance the curious Gebel Abou Senoun, so called from its supposed resemblance to a tooth. I give a sketch of it as it appeared to us from this place, its sharp outlines being distinctly visible through the haze caused by the blazing sunlight upon the unbroken sandy plain.
