THE EGYPTIAN SUDAN of Isis (?), Thoth, and Hapi, and behind them in a rectangular space is a representation of a table of offerings, with attendant gods ; below the queen is the Hall of Osiris, the arrangement of the Judgment Scene being that of the Ptolemaic Period. The other reliefs may be thus described : THE QUEEN OF MERGE WHO BUILT PYRAMID NO, II.

First register, i. The queen adoring a sphinx, which is presenting to her a loaf of bread. 2. The queen standing at a lotus-shaped altar, adoring three gods. 3. Thoth, holding an inscribed papyrus, a Horus god, and Menu. 4. A fish-headed serpent, Maat, Nephthys, and Horus, pouring out libations.
