And it is narrated from Al-Hasan bin Ali, may God be pleased with him, that he said: I entered upon the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and he was wearing a garment of wool, and his grandson Al-Hasan bin Ali was sitting on his chest. He said: O God, love him, for I love him. And it is narrated from Al-Bara’ that he said: I saw the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, carrying Al-Hasan on his shoulder, and he was saying: O God, I love him, so love him.
