And the pleasure of God, and they guarded it as it should be guarded. So the believers among them are many, and many of them are transgressors. O you who believe, fear God and believe in His Messenger; He will give you two portions of His mercy, and make for you a light by which you will walk, and He will forgive you. And God is Forgiving, Merciful. So that the People of the Book may know that they have no control over anything of God's bounty, and that bounty is in God's hand, He gives it to whom He wills.
