Nothing in the heavens or on earth. Indeed, He is all-knowing, all-wise. And if Allah were to impose punishment upon the people for what they have earned, He would not leave upon the earth any of the moving creatures. But He respites them until an appointed term. And when their term comes, then Allah has been of His servants, Seeing.

Surah Luqman, Meccan In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

Yā, Sīn. By the wise Qur'an, Indeed, you are among the messengers On a straight path. [This is] a revelation from the Almighty, the Merciful, That you may warn a people whose forefathers were not warned, so they are heedless. The decree of punishment has been justly carried out against most of them, so they do not believe. Indeed, We have put shackles on their necks up to their chins, so they are stiff-necked.
