The previous numbers sum to 4046. The year corresponding to 4046 AD (which is 2221 AH) is the year of the return of the Caliphate on the methodology of prophethood, meaning that this date will not arrive except that the Mahdi and his companions will have established this Caliphate with its capital being the Noble Jerusalem. (From the book "The Coming Caliphate" by Al-Sadiq Al-Maghribi).

The fall of the Ottoman Empire and the time of the Mahdi: The year was 1342 AD (which is 1342 AH). The expected hundred years for Allah to send someone to renew the religion for the Ummah is the year 2022 AD (which is 1444 AH), according to the authentic hadith: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Indeed, Allah sends for this Ummah, at the head of every hundred years, someone who renews its religion for it." (Sunan Abi Dawud).

Perhaps this year is the year of the appearance of the Mahdi (peace be upon him), and the four-year period separating the two dates is a period of battles and jihad until he establishes it.

Sheikh [Al-Maghribi] also says that the year 2022 AD was predicted by Western and Russian strategic circles for the establishment of a great Islamic state encompassing all Muslim lands (The Coming Caliphate).

Note: All of the above is by way of opinion and approximation, and only Allah knows the precise timing. It is also necessary for the rest of the signs to coincide with the years, and this is being researched in a treatise titled "Signs Before the Mahdi."

Result: The emergence of the renewed Imam, the Mahdi, Muhammad bin Abdullah, around these previously mentioned dates is more likely. The most expected date is the year 2022 AD, and Allah knows best.

The listing of expectations does not mean that the matter is definitively decided. If he appears in one of those years, the other expectations are invalidated. However, the closest expectations are the years 1444 AH and 1445 AH.
