From the foregoing: that the Banu Mutayyim are among the fiercest people against the Antichrist, and before that they supported the Mahdi... along with a group of Arab tribes, such as Qays, Thaqif, 'Adwan, and Al-Harith.

(The arrival of the Mahdi) (A month) It appeared that the matter of a man would emerge at the forefront of his people, the Banu Mutayyim, and the pledge of allegiance to the Mahdi. (And a month) It is 6. (Years) There is no one today who rules, even by a thread, from the Banu Mutayyim, except (Mutayyim bin Muhammad), the ruler of Qatar, as the second lineage belongs to them. (Mutayyim) ruled in 1402 AH, which corresponds to 1982 AD. If we add 6 years, then the pledge of allegiance to the Mahdi would be approximately 1402 AH, which corresponds to 1982 AD. And the year 1408 AH, so the emergence and pledge of allegiance to the Mahdi would be between the years 1402 AH and 1408 AH.

From Umm Sa'id, Al-Khumayriyyah, she said: I said to Ibn 'Abd Allah (May I be sacrificed for you, O son of the Messenger of Allah, place a sign in my hand of the emergence of the Qa'im, peace be upon him). From Imam Muhammad Al-Baqir, peace be upon him, he said: (I see the Qa'im [meaning the Mahdi] on the day of Ashura, and it is the day on which Al-Husayn bin Ali, peace be upon them, was killed, and I see him on Saturday, the tenth of Muharram, the Qa'im of Banu Al-Rukn and Al-Qiyam. (Compendium of Hadiths of Imam Mahdi, by Al-Kurani). If this narration is authentic, then it would be on Saturday, which falls on 20/02 Muharram (Ashura), and it would be in the year 1446 AH, corresponding to the year 2024 AD.
