124 2. The Concessions and Projects Committee. This committee deals with all applications for concessions in the Soudan.

3. The Town Improvement and Allotment Board. This board deals with all questions regarding the disposal of land in Kliartoum.

4. The Inundated Areas Committee. This committee deals with questions relating to the areas in the White Nile province which are to be inundated through raising the level of the river by the projected dam at Gebel Aulia.

34. Mining.

The Soudan Gold Fields Company (Limited decided in September 1919 to close down the Um Nabardi mines and surrender tlieir mining lease.

The smS-ll mine at Gebeit in the Eed Sea province, worked by the Gebeit Tributing Syndicate, has made satisfactory progress.
