**Fadila Al-Saïd** Fadila Al-Saïd is a Palestinian writer, born in Acre in 1949. She obtained her BA in Arabic Language and Literature from Damascus University in 1973. She has lived in exile in Damascus since 1948. Al-Saïd is a member of the Arab Writers' Union and the Palestinian Writers' Union. She is also a member of the General Union of Palestinian Women.
