It is fitting that your government and the esteemed members of the Constitution Committee should not overlook this. Therefore, I come with this address, reminding your government of the necessity of considering Sudan within the country's borders, as it was before the occupation. And the necessity of forming our Parliament from Egyptians and Sudanese equally, so that the representatives of our brothers, the inhabitants of Egyptian Sudan, may sit with their colleagues, the inhabitants of Lower and Upper Egypt, and all work for the common interest, which is inseparable forever.
