Ali bin Rahoun approached the Kasbah tower, accompanied by his riflemen. The cannon fired at Pasha Said al-Turki, aiming to depose him. Commander Zank said, "This is how they depose him with their shots." Commander Al-Mubarak, mentioned earlier, joined with his riflemen. He was to take a share from the spoils when they divided their loot. A rifleman only takes a share from the spoils if he is one of the "Fasin" (a tribe or group). He would take from them, and also from the "Marakisin" (another tribe or group). Al-Barak's men would ask for a new rifle at that time. If a rifleman stood up to ask for his rifle, he would only get it with difficulty. When they fired their cannons at Pasha Al-Anan, who was in the Kasbah, the sons of Commander Ali al-Turki came out to fight them. He was killed in the battle, falling dead. His family carried him to the house of Commander Al-Mubarak. He lingered until he died later that night. Pasha Sa'id went to his house. That night, Tan Hiri, daughter of Commander Abdullah bin Commander Nasser al-Asha, and wife of Commander Yusuf bin Abdullah, who bore his children, died. May God have mercy on her. This situation caused a sedition between Commander Al-Mubarak and the "Fasin" people, who brought and bought men among them. Commander Al-Mubarak had a role in this sedition, as did Commander Said bin Mansour. Then he reconciled with the "Fasin" people when the "Raqqa Sar Toweis" was brought out on Sunday night, the tenth of the mentioned month. They gave him his share. The Pasha returned to power on Tuesday the eighteenth of the month. Then Kahia Samnafi bin Kahia Osama, Kahia of the "Fasin," traveled to Darm on the first day of Sha'ban of that mentioned year. In that month, Kahia Ali bin Al-Jibsam, Kahia of the "Marakisin," responded in the name of Pasha al-Turki. Then Pasha Said al-Turki offered four thousand mithqal of gold to the "Masiyin" (another tribe or group).
