And the hands of speech, seeking favor, gratitude, and release, controlled its many treatments, and cleansed its path from their love. We realized unity in it from trinity, and sent down its bow. The riders of Islam became harmonious in it, and God granted us to directly engage in its intense, difficult fighting, which was necessitated after its conquest, from the arrow and the shot, to what gathered for us various rewards and emulation of our Prophet, peace be upon him, in many matters. We were led with abundant good and evident prosperity. We sounded the drums of inevitable victory and unfurled the banners of pride. We sounded its trumpets and welcomed to this frontier the fortress of Al-Sahla, which restrained and elevated grace, and deterred and sufficed the aggressor. We hastened to you the Arabization of all this, detailing our love, and informed you with pens, clarifying and perfecting your positions, based on what we know of the strength of his religion and the love of his certainty. And we will expand in the Arabization with his right hand and seek His help, then by the grace of God, in our unity. Then we carried it to the sea, the infatuated, and confirmed the successful investigation, and from your intentions, in which lineage is written, and what this chamber has distinguished you with, is the bond that we left to protect its covenant upon independence.
