J HE province of Haha was in arms j caffilahs, and travellers could not pass ; but it was expedient that I should go to Mogodor. Men ofproperty in this country, influenced by a philanthropic spirit, often expend large sums in digging wells in districts, through which caffilahs pass, on their road from one country to another.
