The purpose of the legislation was to combat crimes and felonies that appear with the manifestations of pathological beauty, but in reality are connected to evil that targets the mind. Or, in the second case, with what is called psychotherapy and its associated phenomena, which are nothing more than external manifestations of the creation of social ills that require attention to their causes and re-analysis from a perspective of social crimes and addressing their phenomena frankly and in a manner consistent with the nature of the country, customs, and the circumstantial conditions we live in. These conditions are reflected around many realistic images that require examination and clarification of the evidence and realistic claims that appear in all aspects of life by combating corruption and the war arising from some defects that affect some individuals in real life, which in reality do not appear as evident as they are rooted in some practices that result from some interpretations and judgments that require intervention to correct the course and rectify what may appear as deviations in some realistic images and phenomena that appear at times, or that are connected to some general ideas that, in reality, go beyond some social phenomena, even if their manifestations are connected to some general truths and are intended through them to clarify some concepts that must be addressed in some aspects of life and to correct the general and individual course. Or by addressing some general legislation that aims at social justice and includes differentiating between right and wrong, good and evil, which is embodied in some concepts that we see in the reality of life and which require correction and rectification. Or by differentiating between public opinion and the reality of life, which necessitates pausing at some issues related to reality and general truths that require dealing with them seriously and objectively to correct some deviations and realistic evidence connected to social life.
