And he said, "O my Lord, grant me wisdom and join me with the righteous. And grant me a good reputation among later generations. And make me one of the inheritors of the Garden of Delight. And forgive my father, for he is of those who have gone astray. And do not disgrace me on the Day of Resurrection, The Day when neither wealth nor sons will be of any use, Except for him who comes to Allah with a sound heart. And Paradise will be brought near for the righteous. And Hell-fire will be unveiled for the erring. And it will be said to them, 'Where are those you used to worship Besides Allah? Can they help you or help themselves?' Then they will be thrown into it, they and the erring ones, And the soldiers of Iblis, all together. They will say, while arguing in the Fire, 'By Allah, we were indeed in manifest error, When we equated you with the Lord of the worlds. And it was only the criminals who led us astray. And now we have no intercessors, Nor a close friend. If only we could return, then we would be among the believers.' Indeed, in that is a sign, but most of them are not believers. And indeed, your Lord is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful."
