Jamil bin Muhammad, son of the town of Quri, combined jurisprudence, knowledge of the time, and Sufism under Sheikh Hassan bin Hassuna. He said to Sheikh Hassan, "You have not given me anything." He replied, "I have given you the vigil of the last third of the night." He was one whose prayers were answered, both alive and dead. One of his sons was killed at night in a brutal manner by a group who entered his home and threw him into the sea, saying a crocodile had taken him. Their homes became prosperous with abundant crops, and they began to prosper. Some of them became sultans, and their lands became safe from harm and a refuge for all.

Junaid is the son of Sheikh Muhammad al-Naqr bin Sheikh Abd al-Razzaq Abu Qurun. He followed the path of Sufism and wore a jubbah. He was a majzub (one lost in divine love) throughout his life. He died in al-Halfaya, and his grave is visible.

Junaid bin Taha bin Ammar embraced the path of Sufism and took the tariqa from Sheikh Dafa' al-Bahr al-Ahmar. He was from al-Barra, a descendant of al-Shafi'i. He followed the path, guided others, and introduced khalwas (seclusion) through spiritual exercises. God granted him acceptance from kings, those in spiritual states, and the common people, especially the people of the two holy cities, Jeddah, and his grandfather. Some followed the path through Mecca. What happened to him in the Hijaz was not like what happened to him in the Hijaz.

Jad Allah is Jad Allah al-Shukri, a man who came from the countryside. He was pious, devout, ascetic, and humble. He died between Sinnar and al-Khatib, according to Abd al-Hafiz Khawwa and Adad Uthman.

Jad Allah Hawar, the jurist, is the son of Umm Maryam. His Sheikh commanded good and forbade evil, and he was not afraid of blame in God's cause. He upheld the rights of God and His servants. He was a strong believer. He built a house for his Sheikh with dressed stones. He said, "It is from the construction of the infidels." Some of its stones were so heavy that they could not be lifted to the roof of the house. They said, "He and the stone will fall from the roof, and he will not be harmed." He has righteous sons and righteous daughters.
