24. Large-bellied, broad-shouldered. And from the Commander of the Faithful, Ali bin Abi Talib, may Allah be pleased with him, he said: (Broad-bellied, broad-thighed, with large shoulder joints.)
25. And on his right cheek, a black mole. From Abu Abdullah Al-Hussein bin Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, he said: (Then the thick-necked, mole-bearing, and two-moles-having one will come to us.)
The Ethical Attributes of the Mahdi His morals are like the morals of his grandfather, the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him and his family. The most beautiful in remembrance, a possessor of knowledge. And from Abu Ja'far Muhammad bin Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, that he said: (This matter will be with the youngest of us in age, the most beautiful in remembrance, and Allah Almighty will grant him knowledge, and will not entrust him to himself.) And more modest than a virgin. (And he is more modest than a virgin) and does not need anyone, and knows the lawful and the unlawful, and a possessor of tranquility and dignity. And from Al-Harith bin Al-Mughirah, he said: I said to Al-Hussein, may Allah be pleased with him: (By what is the Imam Mahdi known? He said: By tranquility and dignity. I said: And by what? He said: By knowing the lawful and the unlawful, and by the people's need for him, and he does not need anyone.) And he is known by humility. From Ka'b: (The Mahdi is humble to Allah like the eagle is humble when it spreads its wings.) And a guided man. From Al-Hussein bin Ali, may Allah be pleased with them both, he said: (If the Mahdi were to stand up, people would deny him.)
