A Note 11. Barraq al-thunaya: Shining of the temples. And from Ali bin Abi Talib, may Allah be pleased with him, he said: "Barraq al-thunaya in his face." (A mole).

13. Azayl al-fakhidhayn: And azayl is the parting of his thighs and the distance between them. From the hadith of Ali bin Abi Talib, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Mahdi is "azayl al-fakhidhayn, he will fill the earth with justice as it was filled with oppression and tyranny."

14. 'Areedh al-fakhidhayn: Wide of thigh. And from Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, while he was on the pulpit, he said: "A man from my offspring will emerge in the end of time... wide of thigh."

15. Marboo': Medium between tall and short. The Commander of the Faithful, Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, was asked about the description of the Mahdi, and he said: "He is a young man, marboo', with a handsome face, his hair flowing to his shoulders. The light of his face will overcome the darkness of his hair, beard, and head."

16. Darbun min al-rijal: Of the type of men, neither thin nor fat. And from Ali bin Abi Talib, may Allah be pleased with him, he said: "He is a young man from Quraish, dark-skinned, of the type of men."

17. Ajna': The neck bent towards the chest, which is less than a hump. The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him and his family, said: "The Hour will not come until a man from my household, ajna', aquan, is appointed as my successor."

18. Shābb azajj: Meaning a curve and extension in his eyebrows, ablagh: the eyebrows not being joined and the space between them being clear. From Al-Saqr bin Rustam, from his father, he said: "The Mahdi is a man, azajj, ablagh, a'yan."
