Foreword

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

Introduction Praise be to Allah, who created creation to worship Him, and bestowed upon them His bounties to thank Him. And peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and companions who followed his footsteps, walked his path, and strove in Allah as He deserves. To proceed:

From Hudhayfah, may Allah be pleased with him, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: "Woe to this nation from tyrannical kings, how they kill and frighten the obedient, except for those who show their obedience. The pious believer deals with them with his tongue, and flees from them with his heart. And when Allah, the Almighty, wills to restore Islam with glory, He will break every stubborn tyrant. And He is capable of whatever He wills to reform a nation after its corruption." Then he said, peace and blessings be upon him: "O Hudhayfah, if only one day remained of this world, Allah would lengthen that day until a man from my household rules, through whom wars will be waged, and Islam will prevail. Allah does not break His promise, and He is swift in reckoning."

The events and demonstrations of 2011 CE (1432 AH), known as the "Arab Spring," and the fall of some rulers, the unrest of peoples, and the resulting political vacuum, are the greatest manifestation of Allah breaking the tyrants and a sign of the end of the era of tyrannical rule, and the entry of people into a short, chaotic, tyrannical, and bloody transitional phase; roads and trade will be cut off because of it, but it is Allah's destined will to reform the nation after its corruption.
