I have the honour to submit the report of the proceedings of the

Rejaf Language Conference, 1928.

The keynote of the Conference was the spirit of harmony that

prevailed, and there was a genuine desire on the part of all present

to reach agreement on the various questions discussed.

On my return to Khartoum I hope to submit my recommendations

as to the steps which should be taken to give effect to the resolutions

of the Conference. |
