The rain and the *ghubayt* (a type of tent). The *tawdaj* (a camel litter), which is a raised structure, is wide and spacious.
It is desirable that the *faras* (a type of saddle) be raised, and the *bint* (a young woman) be of good lineage.
They are dusty like the *ghubayt*, and here it means "with," as in "with the *harak* (a type of tent) like the *ghubayt*."
And the eye of the craftsman, which she adorns from the *nasif* (a veil).
The woman is known, and the craftsman is the delicate, sensitive woman who is adorned with *rad'ah* (a type of veil).
She is more beautiful than a *kharqa'* (a torn garment), and the *mahjar* (the place where the veil falls). Abu Ali said the *mahjar* is opened with a *fath* (vowel) and the *kasr* (vowel) of what emerges from the veil of the man and the woman from the lower part, not from the upper part. And the Klabiyyun said it is what surrounds the eye and begins from the *burqu'* (a veil) from all sides of the eye. Ibn Al-Arabi said the *mahjar* is what surrounds the eye from its lower part, from the bone below the *mufn* (a type of veil). He said it is also called *hajar* and *mahjar* with a *fath* of the *mim* and its *kasr*, and *kurk* and *tahammara*. The *nasf* is *asar* (a type of veil), and the *muntaqib* is what the woman uses to veil herself.
The woman desires *am'an* (a type of veil), and he means the *muntaqib*, and if she wants something from the *ikhar* (a type of veil), she says "this is our *am'an*."
The straightness of her veil, which she uses to veil herself.
*Mad'ura* and *satr rab*. *Al-'itq* (nobility).
*Al-'itq* is nobility. It is said of a woman that she is *ateeqa*, meaning noble and of good lineage. *Al-sam'a* is the ear. And *al-la'* is the cow whose ear is notched. If the ears are thin and their tips are delicate, that is the mark of wild animals. And *al-mad'ura* is specifically for what is most intense in its appearance and hearing. *Al-'adaq* and *al-rayth* are *qatb'* (a type of tent).
And *mustaf* is the *dhafrah* (a braid of hair), as if it were on the head of a knotted trunk.
The *dhafrayan* are two protrusions from the eye of the *qurrah* (a type of eye), and *dunaat* is its singular, *dhafrah*. And in when the *alif* comes as an addition, its singular is *dhafrah*. The poet said:
