Thanks and Appreciation

Praise be to God, first and last, and thanks and praise be to Him, morning and evening, for what He has facilitated in the means of advancing this research, and for the determination He has granted to embark on it, and the ability to complete it, and the success in overcoming the difficulties encountered in it.

After praising God, I extend my thanks and appreciation to everyone who extended a helping hand in carrying out this work, from the time it was a project in mind until it was completed in this form, whether by kindly providing material, or by pointing out sources and documents, or by guidance and advice that we overlooked and did not refer to in the research material, or by assisting in the physical production of this thesis.

He kindly supervised this work, and offered advice and guidance that was the best help in its completion, and spent a great deal of his effort and time in pointing out areas of deficiency, guiding their correction and avoidance, and error.
