In this chapter, God willing, we will mention, for the sake of illustration, evidence that supports what was mentioned in the previous chapters. We say, and in God is success.

The Wisdom of Jamasp the Wise.

Ja'far ibn Muhammad ibn Tawus (664 AH) narrated in his book "Al-Malham wa al-Fitan fi Dhuhur al-Gha'ib al-Muntadhar" (The Calamities and Trials in the Appearance of the Hidden Expected One), from the judgments of Jamasp the Wise, from Persian to Arabic: "The lunar eras are twelve eras, each era is sixty years."

Among the wonders of this temporal unit is that sixty lunar years, in calculation and arithmetic, correspond to many of the timings we have mentioned in this book and are consistent with the table of timings of events found at the end of the book. This is their explanation: 1. The period between the descent of the Torah and the descent of the Gospel is 1500 lunar years, i.e., 60 x 25.

2. The period between the descent of the Gospel and the descent of the Quran is 600 lunar years, i.e., 60 x 10.

3. The period of the work of the Jews, from the descent of the Torah to the descent of the Quran, which the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, referred to as "half a day," is 2100 lunar years, i.e., 60 x 35.

4. The period of the work of the Christians, from the descent of the Gospel to the descent of the Quran, is 600 lunar years, i.e., 60 x 10.

5. The period of the work of the Muslims, from the descent of the Quran to the rising of the sun from its west, is 1500 lunar years, i.e., 60 x 25.
